Muslim Community Hub and related services operated by TechXellency provide local community information, directories, blogs, announcements, events, business profiles, tools, and administrative workflows for participating Muslim communities and organizations.
By using this service, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate community, informational, and administrative purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Admin users are responsible for using elevated permissions appropriately and only within the scope assigned to them.
Prayer times, announcements, blogs, events, directories, business listings, tickets, volunteer details, vendor opportunities, and other content are provided for convenience and community coordination. While we work to keep information accurate and current, users should confirm important details directly with the relevant masjid, school, organization, business, event organizer, vendor, or service provider before relying on them.
Muslim Community Hub and TechXellency do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, safety, availability, suitability, or outcome of any third-party content, organization, event, blog post, business, product, service, registration, volunteer role, vendor opportunity, or external link published on the platform.
Businesses, organizers, schools, masajid, nonprofits, contributors, and admins are solely responsible for the information they publish, the services or products they offer, the events they host, the refunds they promise, the tickets they sell, the volunteer activities they coordinate, and their compliance with all applicable laws, permits, insurance obligations, tax rules, safety requirements, and consumer obligations.
Blog content, guides, and spotlight articles are offered for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, religious, safety, tax, or professional advice, and no attorney, advisor, fiduciary, or clergy relationship is created by using the platform or reading platform content.
Payments and payouts may rely on third-party processors and financial platforms. Muslim Community Hub and TechXellency are not a bank, money transmitter, escrow provider, insurer, or guarantor of third-party transactions, and are not liable for payment disputes, chargebacks, processor holds, fraud, refund conflicts, organizer non-performance, business non-performance, or third-party service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muslim Community Hub and TechXellency disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any personal injury, property damage, business loss, missed opportunities, reputational harm, or community disputes arising from use of the platform, reliance on platform content, or interactions with third parties discovered through the platform.
If you submit content, create listings, publish blogs, host events, sell registrations, manage volunteers, offer goods or services, or use admin privileges, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muslim Community Hub, TechXellency, and their affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, transactions, legal violations, or misuse of the platform.
We may suspend, limit, or remove access, listings, content, profiles, or administrative privileges for misuse, abuse, unauthorized actions, policy concerns, platform risk, legal concerns, or behavior that harms the platform or the community.
The platform may evolve over time, and we may update these terms as features, integrations, and deployment models change. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
